Advance Architects LLC and Advance Builders LLC, two separate companies managed by Kale Bob, AIA LEEP-AP, operate in cooperation to provide complete design build services. Kale’s background in Architecture is unique in the industry, providing clients with early, up-front cost estimating, in addition to speedy and flexible construction process. Both companies can operate on separate projects, and are capable of operating on projects without the other entity. However, projects with both companies together are more efficient, resulting in shorter durations and highly cost effective.
Management
Kale Bob is a licensed architect, with a background in development and construction. Kale Earned his BARCH from Woodbury University in 1998, and returned to Hawaii shortly thereafter and began work in the development industry with positions at A&B Properties as an intern and at the State of Hawaii Department of Hawaiian Homelands as a project Coordinator. In 2001, Kale Earned his Masters in Public Administration and returned to the architecture profession in Honolulu with positions at Architects Hawaii Ltd among other Honolulu Firms, earning his architecture license in 2004. Primarily Kale worked in Healthcare design as an architect. In 2005 Kale returned to the development industry with a position as a project manager at Castle & Cooke on Lanai, during which time he earned his Real Estate Salesperson License. In 2007 Kale took a position with a contractor on Big Island of Hawaii and relocated. After 11 months, the contractor ceased to operate and Kale created two companies Advance Builders LLC and Advance Architects LLC.
Background
Advance Builders LLC & Advance Architects LLC have been operation successfully on the big island of Hawaii since 2008. Advance Architects LLC performs a variety of services ranging from bank inspections, to complete architecture services, while Advance Builders LLC primarily operates in the Wainani Estates Subdivision providing the developer with complete design build services. Since 2008 Advance Builders LLC has built over 15 homes in the Wainani Estates Subdivision, all have been completed on time & on budget and are sold. In some cases homes have been designed, contracted, permitted, built, and turned over to the developer in 4-1/2 months.
